Hello and welcome to my practice room at Number 1 Harley Street, London. In this video I explain 3 ways in which you can solve your problems or at least, an approach you may consider trying.
Option 1 is to realise that YOU are the problem and YOU are also the solution. This can be very empowering when you grasp this and realise you are truly in charge of you and therefore have the answer within you.
Option 2 is about reframing. This is a psychological technique in which you change the scenario, or your thought process and look at this a different way. This is also an NLP (or a Neuro Linguistic Programming) technique in which you swap Problem vs Solution to Question vs Answer.
Option 3 is Modeling your behaviour. Who can you emmulate who has had a similar problem in the past, but managed to overcome it? What can you learn from this person? What can you research? What do they now know that presently, you don’t?
By addressing this, the results can be life changing.
