Generally, when people hear the word Loneliness, they imagine a person ‘alone’. However, loneliness is much more than this. You can be in a crowded room and still feel alone. You can be in a relationship and be alone and you can be at work and again feel alone. Loneliness can also feed other negative emotions and thoughts such as ‘no one cares’, ‘I’m not loved’ and ‘I’m not worthy of attention’ to name just a few.
At times, being alone can make people think about their problems and issues which then amplify them. These amplified problems can become so loud, they are deafening.
If this applies to you, I would suggest dealing with these issues will also quieten the mind.
Whatever the reason for your feelings and thoughts of loneliness there is an answer and Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy is an excellent choice. You are completely unique so the form of Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis approach I use is also very bespoke, personalised and unique. You deserve no less.
My aim will be to identify the reason(s) for your feelings of loneliness so I can truly understand how you think, your belief system, and try and see the world through your eyes/experiences. By sharing this information with me, you will not be alone. Once I understand, I can help.
