A person can experience palpitations, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, dizziness and your body goes into ‘fight or flight’ mode even though there is no clear reason for doing so. They can last from 5-20 minutes and although it may feel like something is seriously wrong, they are not dangerous and should not harm you’.
