According to the NHS website, a panic attack is defined as ‘a rush of intense anxiety and physical symptoms. A person can experience palpitations, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, dizziness and your body goes into ‘fight or flight’ mode even though there is no clear reason for doing so. They can last from 5-20 minutes and although it may feel like something is seriously wrong, they are not dangerous and should not harm you’.
Using different approaches of Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming), the cause of panic attacks can be greatly reduced or removed. This is perhaps one of the best reasons to consider Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. My approach is both tailored and bespoke to help you eliminate this from your life and replacing it with a calm confidence and positive coping mechanisms.
I will also show you some personalised techniques for self-hypnosis to put ‘YOU’ in charge of ‘YOUR’ feelings and not the other way round.
