Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy is the 2nd most powerful way to stop smoking.

 The best way is for you do it yourself and I am sure you know many that have tried this and not succeeded.

 This is a one-off, bespoke double session (2 hours) as we have a lot of work to do, a lot of myths to ‘bust’ for you to begin your life as a non-smoker AND without the dreaded weight gain that many experience.

In the interim to our appointment, I would like you to think about what you are going to do with all the extra money you will have. Depending on how much you spend at the moment, will it be a new wardrobe (many find they want to get rid of all their old clothes due to the lingering smell of cigarettes), a holiday to celebrate, a gym membership as you now breathe with ease and want to continue with your new found health or even perhaps a new car?

I contacted James after trying so many different ways to give up smoking, cold turkey, vaping, cut down, gum, tablets, nothing worked. I could not shift the habit! 
When we spoke on the phone, he talked through the process and told me it was important that I was committed to giving up to ensure the process worked. I quickly booked in after this.
