Stress is not always a bad thing. Some stress can be beneficial. It can keep you focused, alert, and motivated. When in danger, our body can flood itself with cortisol, adrenaline and noradrenaline to make us stronger, faster and more able. Think of a ‘fight or flight’ situation.

Unfortunately, certain stress can leave people feeling depleted, at a loss, isolated, lonely, with health problems, insomnia, unable to function with life, and afraid. Some people live with this their whole lives and it consumes them. Others take prescribed medication or seek other more natural remedies such as exercise, yoga, meditation etc which have been shown to help reduce stress levels. Some people turn to recreational drugs or alcohol in an attempt to quell how they feel. Many times this method backfires and their stress returns with a vengeance.

It does not have to be that way and there is a solution.

I would like to say something here and now that may fly in the face of your own belief system. I say it with complete conviction even though we have never (yet) met. You have the ability within you to address this. The issue is (I believe), you just do not know how to or you would have done so already. Perhaps not knowing how to address this is adding to your existing stress but please believe me when I say in all sincerity, you can.

How?

Here I draw from many sources to understand what exactly is making you stressed. You may be acutely aware of why, or perhaps you just don’t (consciously) know. Your unconscious, on the other hand, will know exactly why. This is one of the reasons why Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy is so very effective.

Understanding this, I can then identify what needs to be done and by using both traditional and the latest techniques of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy (and by working together), we address it.

You will be aware of tools being added to your ’emotional toolbox’ that will assist you when stressed. You will have a much deeper understanding of yourself, what you need and how to achieve it. Your ability to effectively deal with stress will significantly multiply and you will begin to become the person you are meant to be.

Depending on your existing levels of stress, this can be done in one or two sessions, sometimes a short course of treatment is required. But whatever your situation, there is a way to resolve it and we are here to help you.
