To effectively lose weight and keep it off, something has to change within YOU. Hypnotherapy is an excellent choice to achieve this. If you are interested in losing weight but finding it difficult to do so, then you most likely have an internal conflict somewhere. Previous diets you may have tried might have worked for a while before you slowly put the weight back on or perhaps even gained more than you lost. If this sounds familiar, it is most likely due to the fact that the internal conflict was not addressed and resolved. In this, you are not alone.

With weight loss clients I utilise a particularly effective form of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy to explore the internal conflict and identify your eating habits and lifestyle.

It could be you ‘unconsciously eat’, a life lesson from your past or perhaps we need to look at other aspects of your life to find the root cause.

How many sessions are required?

This is difficult to say as it will depend on different factors. For some, it will only be one or two sessions. For others, a short course of treatment would be more beneficial.

What I would suggest is to start off with one double-length session (2 hours) and then just take it from there.
